Qualifications

• 5-10 years of property management experience across multiple sites.
• Experience with manufactured housing or RV communities preferred.
• Proven track record integrating acquisitions into an operating platform.
• Comfort managing on-site and remote/virtual support staff.
• Strong financial fluency in budgeting and portfolio reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across a multi-site portfolio (550+ units) and drive occupancy.
• Lead integration of newly acquired communities onto company systems.
• Manage on-site teams including full-time/part-time staff and virtual assistants.
• Coordinate lot and land-leasing operations and community infrastructure.
• Track performance and report occupancy, budget, and portfolio health.
• Serve as operational lead on new acquisitions, staffing and processes.
