Job summary

Blue Castle Agency (North America) seeks a Regional Property Manager to lead a multi-property portfolio across Dallas and the Southwest. This remote role requires regular travel to properties and oversight of on-site teams.

You will manage budgets, set occupancy and revenue goals, and ensure compliance with fair housing laws while developing site managers and coordinating with ownership on capital plans.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of property management experience with multi-site responsibility.
• Experience overseeing market-rate and B/C class assets.
• Strong financial acumen and portfolio-level reporting.
• Proven ability to lead and develop on-site managers.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight across multiple properties in the Dallas/Southwest region.
• Support and hold accountable each site's on-site Community Manager and team.
• Review budgets, financial performance, and portfolio variance.
• Set and monitor occupancy, leasing, and revenue goals at portfolio level.
• Travel regularly to properties for site visits and hands-on support.
• Diagnose and fix operational issues in underperforming assets.
• Coordinate with ownership/asset management on capital planning.
• Recruit and develop on-site management talent.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing and landlord-tenant laws.
