BH Management Services, LLC seeks an experienced Property Manager to lead multifamily portfolios in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will supervise property teams, manage budgets, and optimize occupancy through market analyses. Strong leadership, finance acumen, and Yardi Voyager familiarity are essential.

You will oversee owner communications, negotiate contracts, and ensure BH standards across properties while traveling up to 50% as needed.

Competenze

• Minimum of 2 years of property management experience (community manager or above).
• Knowledge of Yardi Voyager is a plus.
• Familiarity with the Dallas Fort Worth market is expected.
• Ability to analyze financial data, budgets and market surveys.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong communication and leadership skills.

• Lead portfolio goals and objectives with a hands-on approach.
• Hire, train, supervise, develop, and mentor Property Managers.
• Review and approve onsite staff status changes and terminations.
• Establish regular communications with employees, owners and AVP/RVP.
• Oversee marketing activities, occupancy, and unit pricing via market surveys.
• Review and audit property administration, accounting, and maintenance policies.
• Inspect properties to ensure BH standards; evaluate operations for efficiency.
• Prepare and manage annual operating and capital budgets.
• Monitor budgets, expenditures, and approve exceptions within guidelines.
• Negotiate contracts and provide reporting to owners; act as liaison.
