BH Properties is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for our Dallas, TX portfolio. The role supports the Property Manager and collaborates with leasing, accounting, and senior leadership to maintain property operations and tenant satisfaction.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of property management experience, with strong communication, vendor management, and organizational skills. On-site role with opportunity to grow within a private real estate investment firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2–3 years of broad-based property management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills essential.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic property visits and inspections to ensure maintenance and functional systems.
• Build and maintain positive tenant relationships and address concerns.
• Develop and maintain positive vendor relationships.
• Assist in lease negotiations and tenant improvements with the leasing team.
• Oversee projects and ensure timely completion within scope and budget.
• Review operating expenses and CAM; participate in budgeting and reporting.
