Qualifications

• Five years of experience in multifamily real estate.
• Strong analytical and goal-setting abilities.
• Proficient in writing, speaking and understanding English.
• Ability to recruit, train, and supervise staff.
• Communicate professionally with residents via newsletters and other media.
• Engage in promotional and social/content marketing activities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Regional Manager to complete annual budgets, forecasts, marketing plans, staffing plans and capital plans.
• Drive financial performance by understanding how operational decisions impact financial results.
• Hire, recruit, train, develop, motivate, supervise and assess staff performance.
• Maintain excellent interpersonal relations across diverse backgrounds.
• Maintain professional resident communications via newsletters and other media.
• Actively engage in promotional and social/content marketing initiatives.
