Job summary

Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee portfolio operations, align leasing and financial goals, and drive resident satisfaction across multiple properties.

You will lead Community Directors, manage vendor relationships, and report on portfolio performance while upholding Bedrock's standards and culture. Travel up to 25% is required, with CPM preferred and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–10 years multifamily, multi-location property management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in real estate, management, finance or related field, or 10 years of multi-location management experience.
• CPM certification preferred and working knowledge of local and federal laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Community Directors and manage vendor relations.
• Ensure efficient operations and financial performance across the portfolio.
• Provide financial reporting and monitor leasing and occupancy goals.
• Lead and mentor a regional team, driving high standards and accountability.
• Travel between properties and represent Bedrock with owners and vendors.
