Bedrock Property Management seeks an experienced Regional Manager to lead site operations and maximize resident satisfaction. You will oversee Community Directors, vendor relations, property performance, and financial reporting across your portfolio.

Ideal candidates bring 5–10 years of multifamily property management, CPM preferred, and a track record of improving occupancy and revenue while coaching teams to exceed targets. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Community Directors and vendor relations to ensure efficient operations.
• Ensure occupancy and financial performance meet targets across properties.
• Prepare, review, and report financial results to owners and leadership.
• Represent Bedrock with residents, owners, and the community at large.
• Drive continuous improvement in operations and staff performance.
• Travel between properties up to 25% to supervise sites.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in real estate or related field

10 years multi-location management experience
