Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee operations across a portfolio of multifamily communities. You will lead Community Directors, manage vendor relations, drive occupancy, and monitor financial performance to meet portfolio goals.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in multi-location property management, CPM preferred, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. This role requires travel to properties and strong leadership to uplift teams and outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 5–10 years of multifamily, multi-location property management experience; CPM preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or 10 years of multi-location management experience.
• Proven leadership of high-visibility and/or underperforming properties.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and circumstances.
• Knowledge of local and federal laws including Fair Housing and Landlord-Tenant laws.
• Strong interpersonal, coaching and team-building skills.

Aufgaben

• Ensure the team executes the Owner(s) strategy effectively.
• Understand and communicate complex financial statements and budgets.
• Monitor staff performance and property metrics; report to leadership and owners.
• Represent Bedrock positively to owners, vendors, and the community.
• Continuously seek improvements in team and property performance.
• Lead and mentor leaders; maintain mentorship and accountability.
