Two Coast Living is seeking a Regional Property Manager to lead a portfolio of multifamily communities. You will drive financial and operational performance, coach Property Managers, and ensure exceptional resident experiences across the region.

You will spend significant time on-site, develop leaders, and partner with Asset Management and corporate leadership to translate strategy into action. This role requires field presence and strong people leadership.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• Experience leading Property Managers and building strong teams.
• Strong financial acumen including budgets, NOI, and leasing metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the portfolio of multifamily communities and ensure properties meet financial and operating goals.
• Coach, develop, and hold Property Managers accountable while building high-performing teams.
• Translate asset objectives into property-level priorities and ensure execution.
• Spend time on-site inspecting communities, reviewing operations, and addressing issues.
• Recruit and develop talent to build capable teams across the portfolio.
• Stay informed on market trends to inform pricing, occupancy, and leasing decisions.
