Qualifications

• 3 or 5+ years of proven experience managing multiple properties and teams.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across multiple apartment communities.
• Serve as primary liaison between property owners, onsite teams, and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, California regulations, and Fair Housing laws.
• Manage rent collection, expenses, and financial performance.
• Prepare and review monthly budgets and financial reports.
• Lead hiring, training, and performance management of onsite staff.
• Ensure vacancies are filled efficiently, and occupancy goals are met.
• Oversee property inspections, maintenance standards, and capital projects.
• Support repositioning strategies and portfolio improvements.
• Conduct regular site visits and portfolio assessments.
