Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Regional Property Manager to lead a portfolio of multifamily communities. You will partner with Property Managers, Asset Management, and corporate leadership to drive financial and operational performance while delivering an exceptional resident experience.

You will spend significant time on-site, coaching teams, analyzing markets, and ensuring standards are met. This role requires travel and strategic leadership at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years multifamily property management experience with leadership responsibility.
• Experience coaching Property Managers and building high‑performing teams.
• Strong financial acumen: budgets, forecasts, NOI, expense management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational and financial performance of multiple multifamily communities.
• Coach, mentor, and hold Property Managers accountable while building teams.
• Translate asset objectives into property-level priorities and ensure execution.
