Job summary

Two Coast Living in Yonkers, NY seeks a Regional Property Manager to lead multiple multifamily communities across our portfolio. You will directly oversee on-site teams, drive occupancy and NOI, and translate corporate strategy into actionable property priorities.

You will spend significant time in the field, coach leaders, manage budgets, and build a high-performing organization across markets. A 10+ year multifamily background and travel up to 50% are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• Experience leading teams and overseeing property operations across a portfolio.
• Strong financial acumen including budgets, forecasts, and NOI goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational and financial performance across multiple multifamily communities.
• Coach Property Managers and develop high-performing teams.
• Translate asset objectives into property-level priorities and ensure execution.
• Spend significant time on-site, inspecting communities and leading staff.
• Collaborate with Asset Management and corporate leadership to drive results.
