Two Coast Living is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of multifamily properties. You will lead on-site teams, drive weekly and monthly NOI targets, and coordinate recruiting with corporate management to staff locations adequately.

You will mentor site managers, visit properties regularly, and stay current with market dynamics to maximize leasing activity while ensuring compliant operations, payroll accuracy, and timely rent collection across all properties.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years’ residential property management experience preferred, or 10 years’ experience required.
• CPM designation or candidacy is preferred; experience with multiple locations a plus.
• Strong operational focus with a track record of meeting NOI goals.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a regional portfolio by guiding on-site teams to achieve weekly and monthly operational and financial objectives.
• Oversee recruiting efforts with on-site and corporate management to fill vacancies and replace underperformers.
• Mentor site managers during regular site visits and stay informed about market nuances.
• Ensure accurate payroll, regulatory compliance, and timely rent collection for all properties.
• Utilize AMSI, Entrata, and Excel to drive revenue and maintain competitive rents.
