Job summary

Two Coast Living seeks a Regional Property Manager to lead a portfolio of multifamily communities and coach the teams behind them. You will partner with Asset Management and corporate leadership to drive performance while ensuring an exceptional resident experience.

This is a field role requiring hands-on leadership, accountability for results, and regular travel to properties across the region. You will mentor Property Managers and implement strategic priorities on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years residential property management; 10+ years if overseeing multiple locations
• CPM designation is preferred or in candidacy
• Strong NOI focus and operational orientation
• Experience leading teams and driving performance across portfolios

Responsibilities

• Lead the Portfolio – Oversee the operational and financial performance of multiple multifamily communities, ensuring each property hits its goals
• Develop Great Leaders – Coach, mentor, and hold Property Managers accountable while building high-performing teams
• Turn Strategy into Action – Translate asset objectives into property-level priorities and ensure execution
• Stay Close to the Properties – Spend significant time on-site inspecting communities and meeting with teams
• Build Winning Teams – Identify staffing needs, recruit strong talent, and address performance concerns
• Know Your Markets – Monitor occupancy, pricing, traffic, and market trends to inform decisions
• Raise the Standard – Identify gaps, create action plans, and ensure improvement
• Protect the Assets – Maintain physical standards, manage maintenance and capital priorities
• Connect the Dots – Bridge on-site teams with Asset Management and corporate for clear communication
