Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Regional Property Manager to lead a portfolio of multifamily communities in the Groveland, MA area. You will drive financial and operational performance while delivering an exceptional resident experience and developing high-performing onsite teams.

You’ll spend significant time in the field, partnering with Property Managers, Asset Management, and corporate leadership to translate strategy into execution and ensure standards across your portfolio.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• CPM designation preferred; not required.
• Bachelor's degree required; 4 year degree.
• Strong operational orientation and leadership development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Portfolio – oversee multiple multifamily communities’ operational and financial performance.
• Develop Great Leaders – coach, mentor, and develop Property Managers across the region.
• Turn Strategy into Action – translate asset objectives into property-level priorities.
• Stay Close to the Properties – spend on-site time, review operations, and address issues.
• Build Winning Teams – recruit and develop staffing, address performance concerns.
