Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Regional Property Manager to lead a portfolio of multifamily communities and drive financial and operational performance on-site. You will coach Property Managers, partner with Asset Management, and translate asset objectives into property-level priorities while maintaining resident satisfaction.

You’ll spend substantial time at properties, develop teams, stay ahead of market trends, and ensure capital initiatives and compliance are met across the region.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with no typos or grammar mistakes.
• Leads, coaches, and holds Property Managers accountable for performance.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with MS Office and property management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational and financial performance of multiple communities.
• Coach Property Managers and build high-performing regional teams.
• Translate asset objectives into property-level priorities with leaders.
• Spend significant time on-site inspecting properties and operations.
• Identify staffing needs, recruit talent, and address underperformance.
• Monitor market trends and make informed leasing decisions.
• Ensure physical standards, maintenance priorities, and policy compliance.
• Bridge on-site teams, Asset Management, and corporate departments.
