Job summary

NE Property Management seeks a Regional Property Manager to lead 4–10 multifamily communities, partnering with corporate leaders to drive performance and portfolio valuation. This role combines executive oversight with hands-on coaching of on-site teams, ensuring brand standards and operational excellence.

You will co-author budgets, analyze variances, and deploy revenue enhancements while coordinating capital projects and regional marketing strategies across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of multifamily property management experience, including 3+ years in multi-site leadership.
• Excellent ability to dissect complex asset spreadsheets, manage regional KPIs, and control expenditures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of 4–10 multifamily communities, ensuring brand standards.
• Analyze monthly financial statements and recommend actions to optimize NOI.
• Perform regular site inspections for curb appeal and leasing readiness.
• Mentor property managers through regular strategy meetings and coaching.
• Review and approve high-level property invoices within annual budgets.
• Partner on capital planning with Regional Service Directors and PMs.
• Drive regional marketing efforts to maximize submarket leasing velocity.
• Intervene in resident/vendor disputes professionally.
• Ensure safety compliance and report liabilities promptly.
• Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly portfolio reports for executives.
