Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Regional Property Manager to lead a portfolio of multifamily communities. You will oversee on-site teams, partner with Asset Management and corporate leadership, and drive financial and operating performance while delivering an exceptional resident experience.

You will spend substantial time on properties, developing leaders, communicating strategy, and ensuring execution across markets. A strong background in NOI, budgeting, and team development is essential.

Qualifications

• Seasoned multifamily leader with 10+ years in property management, including team leadership.
• Strong experience driving occupancy, NOI, and expense management across multiple properties.
• Proven ability to coach Property Managers and develop high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational and financial performance of multiple multifamily communities.
• Coach, mentor, and hold Property Managers accountable for performance.
• Translate asset objectives into property-level priorities with executive alignment.
• Spend significant time on-site, inspecting communities and guiding teams.
