Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of multifamily properties in the Saint Paul, MN area. You will supervise on-site teams, lead recruiting efforts, mentor staff, and ensure operational and financial objectives are achieved by coordinating with asset management.

You will visit sites regularly, stay informed of regional market nuances, and maintain strong relationships with residents, employees, and vendors. Expect travel approx.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience as a residential property manager are preferred, or a minimum of 10 years of experience is required, preferably overseeing multiple locations.
• CPM designation or candidacy preferred; experience with property rehabilitation a plus.
• Strong operational orientation with proven success in meeting Net Operating Income (NOI) goals

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of management, leasing and maintenance professionals to deliver exceptional service.
• Recruit on-site staff and manage hiring with corporate management.
• Mentor managers and teams through regular site visits and hands-on guidance.
• Ensure accurate payroll, budget adherence and regulatory compliance across properties.
• Drive revenue through competitive leasing, accurate recordkeeping, and timely rent collection.
• Communicate with stakeholders to address operational issues promptly.
