Job summary

The role requires 5–10 years of property management, Yardi experience, and a real estate license, with leadership and strategic planning responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years of property management experience required.
• Experience with Class A properties preferred.
• Knowledge of HUD and loan assistance is preferred.
• Real estate license required by state/local law.
• Strong financial acumen and P&L experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of several properties including resident satisfaction and retention.
• Manage lease administration, rental collections, and delinquency management.
• Administer property P&L and prepare owners' reports.
• Develop strategic marketing plans with Avenue5 marketing team.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage performance of associates.
• Ensure safety and compliance, and respond to escalated issues.
