Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 5–10 years property management experience required.
• 3–5 years direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of P&L statements, GL, budgeting required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of several properties including resident satisfaction and retention.
• Manage lease administration, rental collection, and delinquency management.
• Develop strategic marketing plans with Avenue5 marketing team.
• Review P&L statements and general ledger; prepare owner reports.
• Understand property management guidelines within the Property Management Agreement.
