Job summary

Avenue5 is seeking a Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of Class A multifamily communities. The role focuses on maximizing property performance, profitability, and team development across several sites.

The ideal candidate has extensive property management leadership experience, strong financial acumen, and a proven ability to drive resident satisfaction and budget adherence. This position reports to senior leadership and requires frequent travel.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of multifamily property management experience.
• Experience managing Class A portfolios.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L experience.
• Real estate license as required by state/local law.
• Knowledge of HUD or loan assistance processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of multiple properties and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Lead recruiting, mentoring, and performance management of staff.
• Develop strategic marketing plans with Avenue5 marketing team.
• Prepare annual budgets, P&L statements, and reporting for owners.
• Ensure compliance with management agreements and safety standards.
• Resolve escalated resident issues and coordinate with corporate office.
