Job summary

WSH Management, Inc. seeks a Regional Property Manager to oversee multiple affordable housing communities in California. The role combines regional leadership with strong compliance expertise to ensure operations align with LIHTC, HUD, Section 8 and related rules.

You will monitor performance, coach staff, manage budgets, and ensure accurate reporting while maintaining resident relations and safety standards across properties.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of experience in property management regional oversight.
• College degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• CAM, ARM, or other recognized industry certification preferred.
• Fair Housing certification required prior to interaction with prospects or residents.
• Knowledge of OSHA, Fair Housing, HUD, and TCAC regulations.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to travel regularly to assigned properties and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Monitor key performance metrics and coach teams to meet goals.
• Conduct site visits and audits to ensure compliance and excellence.
• Oversee annual operating budgets with Resident Managers.
• Ensure policies and systems are implemented across communities.
• Develop and revise policy and procedures manuals for management and compliance.
• Attend regional meetings and compliance training; report trends to leadership.
• Oversee leasing, marketing, resident relations, and staff development.
