Job summary

URS Properties seeks an experienced portfolio manager to oversee budgets and drive financial performance across a portfolio of communities. You will analyze financial statements, reconcile monthly reports, and collaborate with the Controller and owners to close gaps.

Leading a team of community managers, you will hire, train, and evaluate staff, ensure staffing levels, and coordinate vendor work. You will monitor market data, develop action plans to boost occupancy and revenue, and uphold safety

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing budgets and financial statements across multiple properties.
• Leadership experience managing community managers and staff.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors, contractors, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Develops and monitors budgets for the property portfolio and analyzes financial statements to ensure targets are met.
• Oversees portfolio performance, conducts site inspections, and ensures capital requests are handled.
• Leads recruitment, hiring, and performance management of community managers and staff.
• Maintains client satisfaction through timely reporting and proactive communication with owners/clients.
• Analyzes market data to identify trends and develop plans to improve occupancy and revenue.
• Ensures properties meet appearance and safety standards and coordinates vendor work as needed.
