Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential communities in the Charlotte area. You will drive income, control expenses and oversee budgeting, reporting and leasing efforts for all properties in your region.

You will lead on-site professionals, hire and mentor staff, and ensure adherence to company policies while delivering superior service to residents and clients. The role requires travel up to 50% and a strong track record in multi-property management.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience as a regional manager in residential property management with supervisory/management experience.
• College degree desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of the properties in their portfolio to ensure proper company policies and procedures.
• Professionally represent the Company with its clients, employees, residents and vendors.
• Assist with budget preparation, monitor monthly budget variance, provide written evaluation of income and expense items over budget.
• Provide capital improvement suggestions for future site needs and ensure timely invoice approvals for accounting.
• Oversee and manage on-site team in their portfolio; recruit, train, motivate and coach the team.
