Job summary

URS Properties I LLC is seeking a result-oriented portfolio manager to lead a multi-property portfolio. The role involves budgeting, financial oversight, and strategic planning to optimize occupancy and revenue across communities.

You will supervise a team of community managers, coordinate vendor activities, and maintain strong client relationships through regular reporting and responsive communication. Travel to properties for oversight is required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing budgets for multiple properties or portfolios.
• Proven leadership and staff supervision abilities.
• Strong client communication and relationship management.
• Willingness to travel to supervise communities and attend meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develops annual budgets for the properties in the assigned portfolio and monitors performance against budget.
• Ensures portfolio and communities meet financial, operational, and business goals through analysis and action plans.
• Leads a team of community managers, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Maintains client satisfaction with timely reporting and proactive communication about performance.
• Analyzes market data to identify trends and develops market plans to drive occupancy and revenue growth.
• Ensures properties meet standards through site inspections and coordinates capital requests.
• Coordinates vendor/contractor work, negotiates contracts, tracks progress, and processes invoices.
