The Regional Project Support Specialist - Travel role supports Patient Transportation and Patient Observation services through startup projects, audits, rollouts, and program enhancements, with travel of 60-70% as needed by regional leadership.

The position requires coordination with regional leadership, on-site management, and client

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in patient transportation/observation, project management, account start up, or healthcare support services is preferred.
• Must pass CPR or BLS training provided by the company.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Support regional project work including new business startups, account transitions, and project rollouts.
• Develop and execute project plans, timelines, training materials, and communication plans.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and propose solutions to leadership and account teams.
• Support sales surveys, site tours, client presentations, and operational assessments.
• Provide interim management support for accounts with leadership vacancies or instability.
• Assist daily Patient Transportation/Observation operations and ensure service quality and productivity.
• Collaborate with on-site teams for training and staff education.
