Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, seeks a Regional Project Support Specialist - Travel to enhance Patient Transportation and Observation services. You will drive startup initiatives, audits, rollouts, and program improvements while coordinating with regional leaders and client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in patient transportation/observation, project management, account start-up, or healthcare support services is preferred.
• Must complete and pass CPR or BLS training.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to multi-task and set priorities.
• Understanding of how operational performance, client relationships, staffing, and financial expectations affect outcomes.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software including MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Support regional project work including new business startups, account transitions, project rollouts, and program enhancements.
• Develop and execute project plans, start-up plans, timelines, training materials, and communication plans.
• Monitor progress, identify barriers, communicate risks, and propose solutions.
• Assist in sales surveys, site tours, client presentations, and operational assessments.
• Provide interim management support for accounts with leadership vacancies or instability.
• Support daily Patient Transportation/Observation operations and performance improvement initiatives.
• Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and readiness reviews.
• Train hourly staff, supervisors, and management trainees.
