Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking a highly adaptable Regional Program Specialist - Reserve to support Services to the Armed Forces programs in overseas locations. SAF reserve staff are typically assigned to short-term deployments with training and in-person periods, requiring readiness and adherence to military guidelines.

• Monitor service delivery outcomes and document program activities.
• Lead volunteer engagement and manage the deployment readiness of mobile teams.
• Coordinate with military leadership and installation partners to support SAF/IS objectives.
• Support travel logistics and reporting for mobile deployments.
