Job summary

Terex Utilities is seeking a Regional Product Support Manager for remote operations across the Alabama, Georgia, Virginia, and West Virginia region. You will be the primary technical resource for large customers, coordinating with factory and service entities for equipment deliveries, maintenance, and issue resolution.

You will lead training, oversee service levels, and support new truck builds, with regular customer visits and proactive problem-solving to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ten years of experience with heavy machinery equipment is preferred (as stated in the job description).
• Experience in customer-facing roles is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and manage comprehensive service and support for key customers.
• Respond directly to technical inquiries regarding equipment.
• Perform RCCA follow-up for key issues.
