Job summary

WIRTGEN AMERICA, part of the WIRTGEN GROUP, is seeking a Regional Product Support Manager - Remote (Residency in WA, OR, ID or NV required). This role strengthens dealer performance across a region by coaching service teams, analyzing KPIs, and coordinating cross-functional support to deliver world-class product support and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of related experience is preferred.
• Fundamental knowledge of road construction equipment practices including milling, cold recycling, paving, compaction, crushing, and screening.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary regional contact supporting dealer performance, service operations, technical capability, and customer support maturity.
• Use Dealer Success metrics and KPIs to evaluate dealer performance, identify gaps, and guide improvement actions.
• Conduct dealer visits to coach service and product support teams and ensure adoption of best practices.
• Support development and execution of the Dealer Development Plan and multi-year strategies for service capability and training.
• Coordinate cross-functional support with engineering, parts, customer service, and product management to resolve issues quickly.
