Job summary

Lam Research is seeking a Regional Product Support Engineer in Oregon. You will be the backbone of technical support for field engineers, technicians, and customers in the region, diagnosing and debugging complex electro-mechanical equipment, software, and networks.

The role requires 5+ years of related experience or 3+ with a Master’s, strong schematics interpretation, and travel up to 40%. You’ll mentor junior staff and drive customer satisfaction through expert technical guidance.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 40%.
• Must interpret electrical/mechanical schematics and operating manuals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for high-level technical issues and escalations.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support to field engineers and customers.
• Escalate unresolved issues and coordinate with design/engineering teams for root causes.
• Lead customer escalation meetings and communicate corrective actions.
• Collaborate with account teams to present problem statements and solutions.
