Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical support to field engineers and customers.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and debug complex equipment and software.
• Escalate unresolved issues and coordinate with engineering teams.
• Lead customer escalation meetings and drive resolution actions.
• Collaborate with product groups and account teams to close issues.
• Mentor field and account engineers and conduct training.
