ALL4 seeks a Principal to lead growth in the Midwest from Chicago, IL. The role combines strategic leadership with strong client development, ensuring quality delivery and profitability across portfolios.

As a senior leader, you will mentor staff, shape strategy, and expand executive relationships while guiding the eventual establishment of an ALL4 office in the Chicago metro area, with the role initially performed remotely.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of environmental industry experience with senior-level leadership.
• Proven record of business development success and client portfolio management.
• Subject matter expert in one or more practice areas relevant to ALL4's service offerings.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage organizational change, and influence outcomes at the executive level.
• History of involvement and technical presentations at industry stakeholder groups.
• Track record of developing direct reports and improving team utilization and growth trajectories.
• Strong commitment to advancing the company's mission, values, and long-term success.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategies to grow client portfolios and revenue in sectors, service lines, and geographies.
• Maintain executive-level relationships with key clients; respond to client needs proactively.
• Oversee a client portfolio with a minimum of $2MM in annual net revenue.
• Identify, pursue, and close major project opportunities in collaboration with other Principals.
• Mentor senior consultants, project managers, and junior staff to build leadership capacity.
• Contribute to corporate strategy and decision-making as a member of the senior leadership team.
