Job summary

ALL4 seeks an experienced Office Leader to guide the Bellingham, WA office, owning strategic decisions that drive growth, client management, staffing, and regional marketing in alignment with the Western Region.

The OL will mentor project managers, lead business development, manage financials, and maintain an in-office presence, reporting to the Western Regional Director and collaborating with corporate leaders.

Qualifications

• Engineering or applicable science degree with ≥10 years in an environmental discipline.
• Proven ability to grow client relationships and expand service offerings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and operational decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Bellingham office to meet regional goals and financial targets.
• Serve as primary decision-maker with the Western Regional Director on direction and execution.
• Develop KPIs and report performance to leadership; manage staffing and project delivery.
• Drive business development and build new client relationships across the region.
• Mentor project managers and foster ALL4 core values in daily operations.
• Maintain in-office presence and coordinate with corporate leaders on cross-functional functions.
