ALL4 is seeking an experienced Office Leader to head the Philadelphia, PA region. This role owns regional strategy, client management, staffing, and new business development, reporting to the Northeast Regional Director.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Philadelphia region in alignment with Northeast goals.
• Own office direction, planning, and execution with Regional Director.
• Develop KPIs and report on critical business operations.
• Build and mentor project managers, fostering strong client relationships.
