TRC Advisory in Chicago is seeking an Associate Principal to lead strategic client engagements, shaping growth and profitability initiatives across mid-to-senior leadership.

You will drive full workstreams, mentor Associates, and build strong client relationships while delivering high-impact insights and measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record.
• 7+ years of consulting or relevant business experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 3–4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams and drive full workstreams with client engagement.
• Develop and execute workstreams; ensure deadlines with high accuracy.
• Mentor junior staff and provide direction.
• Manage client relationships at mid- and senior-levels.
• Identify opportunities to create value and communicate clearly.
• Drive follow-on work and lead firm communications with clients.
