Job summary

WalkMe, the leading Digital Adoption Platform, is seeking a Manager, Solution Advisory (MEE) to guide a team of Solution Advisors supporting the DACH sales organization. You will coach, mentor, and execute to ensure successful demonstrations and engagements across the MEE region.

Reporting to the Director of Solution Advisory, you will partner with Account Executives to understand customer needs and shape demonstrations that highlight WalkMe’s value in a B2B SaaS context.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in the software/SaaS industry, with at least 2–3 years in a presales leadership or senior presales role.
• Strong background in enterprise software presales, ideally within B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to coach and develop presales talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Solution Advisors across the MEE region.
• Partner with Account Executives to design tailored demonstrations.
• Ensure the team delivers effective, value-based demos and engagements.
• Provide feedback to product teams to influence priorities.
• Support recruiting to grow the team and onboard new hires.
