Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management, real estate development, architecture/design experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience negotiating construction, procurement, and labor contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead autonomously complex, cross-functional industrial preconstruction projects from site selection through design completion, permitting, and contract execution.
• Oversee design management end-to-end, including design evaluations and value engineering assessments.
• Manage multiple concurrent large industrial projects across locations with limited oversight.
• Coordinate with Real Estate, Design Engineering, Entitlements, Construction, Finance, and external vendors.
• Drive safety programs and regulatory compliance across project teams.
• Present project status and risk analysis to Directors and VPs.
