LifeStance Health Inc. is seeking a Rover Practice Coordinator in Orlando, FL to manage front desk operations and deliver exceptional patient service for in-person and remote patients. The role backfills staffing gaps and supports clinics in a defined region, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality customer care.

The position requires strong multitasking, communication, and HIPAA-compliant practices, with in-office duties and regional travel to nearby clinics.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; associates/bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1+ year experience in healthcare ops, patient service, or similar.
• Comfortable using EMR systems, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools.
• Strong communication, teamwork and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Manage front desk duties: greet check-in/out with courtesy and accuracy.
• Assist patients with telehealth access and portal issues.
• Collect co-pays and outstanding balances at point of service.
• Verify insurance eligibility and resolve basic billing questions.
• Coordinate with clinicians; support scheduling and documentation.
