LifeStance Health is seeking a Rover Practice Coordinator to backfill staffing gaps and support multiple offices across a defined state/region. This role delivers high-quality front office operations and exceptional customer service to both in-person and remote patients and clinicians.

The position emphasizes operational excellence, patient care, and clinician support, with opportunities for growth within LifeStance's Practice Operations framework. Orlando office with regional travel.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 1+ year experience in healthcare operations, customer service, or similar.
• Minimum 6 months in LifeStance Practice or Lead Practice Coordinator role or readiness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive, professional office environment and engage staff.
• Prepare patient paperwork, verify demographics, and keep charts ready.
• Handle front desk duties, calls, emails, and portal messages.
• Assist clinicians with administrative tasks and coordinate schedules.
• Support patients with telehealth access and billing questions.
• Collect co-pays and ensure timely payments.
• Assist with insurance eligibility verification.
