Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required; associates/bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in healthcare operations or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a positive, professional environment and engage clinicians and staff.
• Prepare patient paperwork, ensure demographics are accurate, and complete charts.
• Handle office duties: mail, scans, faxes, email, and maintain organization.
• Communicate clearly with peers, clinicians, and patients to support care.
