Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Rover Practice Coordinator for our Edmond, OK region. The role backfills staffing gaps and supports practices with increased demand, delivering high-quality front office operations and outstanding patient and clinician service both in-person and remotely.

The position emphasizes operational excellence, patient support, and collaboration with clinicians to maintain smooth clinic workflows and patient satisfaction in a dynamic, fast-growing mental health network.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months in a LifeStance Practice or Lead Practice Coordinator role, or manager-approved exception based on readiness.
• Maintains a high level of job performance and attendance.
• Currently not on active Corrective Action or Performance Improvement Plan.
• Ability to flex schedule based on business need.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a positive, supportive, and professional working environment; promote LFST culture and clinician engagement.
• Prepare patient paperwork, verify demographics, ensure chart readiness and payment on file.
• Perform general office duties including mail, scanning, emails, and office organization.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with peers, clinicians, and patients to support care.
