Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Rover Practice Coordinator to support front office operations across multiple clinics. You will backfill staffing gaps and ensure high-quality patient and clinician experiences in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires coordinating with clinicians, handling scheduling and patient communications, and maintaining compliance with HIPAA while traveling regionally to nearby offices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months in LifeStance Practice or Lead Practice Coordinator role or manager-approved exception.
• Must maintain performance and attendance standards.
• Able to flex schedule based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive, professional in-office environment; support clinician and staff engagement.
• Prepare patient paperwork, demographics, and chart readiness.
• Handle general office duties and maintain organized workspace.
• Communicate clearly with clinicians, staff, and patients to support care.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist with patient needs.
