Job summary

The Charis Group is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive PPE product sales across Florida and Georgia. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, identify new business opportunities, and expand market presence through industrial distribution channels.

Responsibilities include building a $2.5M+ pipeline, executing strategic plans, and partnering with distributors and end users. A background in PPE or safety equipment in industrial sectors is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent of 4 years of EHS / operations experience, Safety Manager experience is highly desirable).
• OR Minimum of 3 years of Regional Sales experience in B2B sales, preferably in PPE, safety equipment, or industrial products industry.
• OSHA training cards (e.g., OSHA 10 or OSHA 30) and QSSP certification are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts in Florida and Georgia.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for PPE products and safety solutions.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline of $2.5M+ in opportunities.
• Close new business with major distributors and end users.
• Collaborate with product development, customer service, and supply chain.
