Job summary

HexArmor is seeking an aggressive, disciplined sales professional to drive growth in the Lower Southeast/North Florida PPE market. You will specify products for large end users, manage distributors, and develop business with safety officers and regional distributors.

Ideal candidates have a proven problem-solving consultative approach, strong presentation skills, and the ability to travel 60%+ to support customers across multi-state territory. Home office flexibility supported.

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work efficiently without daily supervision.
• Clear, collaborative communication by phone/email to prospects and customers.

Responsibilities

• Work with plant safety professionals at large industrial end users to identify safety problems and opportunities to reduce injuries and costs.
• Recommend, specify and/or develop HexArmor solutions.
• Assist customer safety management and procurement to build economic justification based on injury reduction.
• Roll out new PPE policies regionally and nationally in coordination with safety teams.
• Build relationships with safety officers and distribution management to expand HexArmor coverage.
• Collaborate with inside sales to coordinate territory activities and share market needs with product management.
