Job summary

The Charis Group is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive PPE product sales across Florida and Georgia, focusing on industrial distributors and end users. You will manage and grow a portfolio, build a $2.5M+ pipeline, and collaborate with product, service, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth delivery and compliant solutions.

The ideal candidate has a proven B2B sales record, experience in PPE or industrial products, and the ability to develop strategic plans, forecast

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent 4 years EHS/operations experience)
OR Minimum of 3 years of Regional Sales experience in B2B sales, PPE/safety equipment/industrial products
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets; regional/territory of $2M+
OSHA training cards (e.g., OSHA 10/30) and QSSP certification are highly desirable

Responsibilities

Drive sales growth through Industrial Distribution and expand market presence in FL/GA
Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts and develop a $2.5M+ pipeline
Close new business with distributors and end users, sustaining momentum
Collaborate with product, service, and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery
Educate customers on compliance and safety standards relevant to PPE products
