Job summary
The Charis Group is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive PPE and safety solutions across Florida and Georgia. You will manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, identify new business opportunities, and promote our PPE offerings to industrial distributors and end users.
Ideal candidates have a strong B2B regional sales background, a track record of meeting targets, and familiarity with OSHA training and QSSP.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent of 4 years of EHS/operations experience.
- 3+ years regional sales in B2B, PPE/safety industry preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets; regional $2M+ experience.
- OSHA training (OSHA 10/30) and QSSP certification desirable.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts in FL/GA.
- Identify new business opportunities and promote PPE products.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth.
- Build and maintain a $2.5M+ sales pipeline with distributors and end users.
- Maintain CRM records; provide forecasts and market feedback.
- Collaborate with product, service, and supply chain teams for seamless delivery.
- Stay updated on PPE regulations and certifications relevant to customers.
