Job summary
The Charis Group in the greater Miami area is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Specialist to drive PPE product sales to end users and expand market presence. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, identify new opportunities, and build strong customer relationships while promoting safety solutions.
Ideal candidates bring a track record in B2B PPE sales, the ability to develop strategic plans, and a commitment to compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or 4 years of EHS/operations experience.
- Minimum 3 years Regional Sales in B2B, PPE, safety equipment or industrial products.
- OSHA training cards (OSHA 10/30) and QSSP certification are desirable.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow end-user accounts.
- Build and maintain a $2M+ sales pipeline and close $1M+ in new business annually.
- Collaborate with product development, customer service and supply chain for timely delivery.
- Provide regular forecasts and market feedback to senior management.
- Educate customers on compliance and PPE benefits.
