Job summary

A leading insurance and employee benefits broker is seeking a Region Pharmacy Consultant to enhance client relationships and drive new business growth in the pharmacy benefits sector. The role requires a strong understanding of pharmacy solutions and client needs, as well as proven sales experience in the mid and large employer market. Candidates should have extensive experience in the Employee Benefits and/or Pharmacy industry, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to analyze client needs. This position may work remotely with limited travel required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the Employee Benefits and/or Pharmacy industry.
• Strong understanding and relationships in the pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) marketplace.
• Self-motivated with a strong 'can do' attitude.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor providing Pharmacy thought leadership.
• Drive sales and revenue growth in the mid and large employer market.
